Shipping
We ship from many warehouses around the globe to make sure our customers get their products as fast as possible. This also help us keep these really low prices. Please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery. The average delivery time is within 2 weeks.
Returns
After you received your product you have 1 day to report to us if the product arrived damaged. Please keep in mind that you are obligated to check the package very carefully before you sign for it. If it has any visual damages you should refuse the package and not sign for it. We only replace products that was defective from the factory. If its broken due to the shipping company’s handling for the package then it is them that need to compensate for damages.
If you receive a product and you are not satisfied with it you can send it back to us within 14 days after you recived it. The customer pays for the return shipping cost. When we have recevied the returned product and deemed it to be in its original condition we will send a refund excluding the shipping costs or alternativly replace it with another product of the customers choosing.
